Seeking Student Submissions
Interested in making the world a better place?
We are currently seeking 2,020 Virginia students who want their voices heard pertaining to climate change and other pertinent global issues in alignment with our 7 featured pillars. From the bees to the trees, the leaves to the seas, what would you miss most on Mother Earth? We ask that you upcycle a used dvd or cd with your art to provide your answer.
Our founder and creator, child advocate Gwen Cassady, will be peacefully marching at both our state capitol in Richmond in the fall of 2019 and on Capitol Hill on Earth Day and World Environment Day in 2020. The 2020 upcycled creations will provide a unique voice to our 2,000+ student participants represented in a 100 foot long dress train composed of the upcycled discs.
