We ask that your table & space be set up from 6-8 when the band is playing.
However, we prefer you to set up between 4-5 so that you can reach the most people. We do not expect you to be set up during the film screening.
Unfortunately, we can not supply tables or tents. Please come prepared.
Each vendor will have a unique, interactive or STEAM activity for approximately 50 children.
We will probably have more than 50 children in attendance if you wanted to be extra prepared. We have two STEAM teachers on board and can help each vendor plan an applicable activity to fit with your business and/or non-profit organization.
Please pay the applicable fee below:
if you are a non-profit or have 2 employees or less, the first option of $35 is the one to select.
If you have 3 or more employees and are a business, $50 is the vendor investment.
The only true requirement is everyone MUST HAVE FUN!!!!
